Quiz-O-Tron with Rebecca Watson and guests Hal Lublin, Bonnie Burton, Justin Robert Young, Ashley Paramore and Adam Savage / Answer Me! The Comedy Game Show with Jacob Rubin and Will Scovill
QUIZ-O-TRON:
Quiz-o-Tron is the world’s greatest science-themed comedy panel quiz show of all time! The show pits scientists against comedians in a rapid-fire competition that tests both knowledge and wit. Since 2010, the show has been entertaining audiences while simultaneously educating them and sometimes disgusting them. Very rarely, audience members are forced to reconsider their own relative insignificance in the universe and wonder what it all truly means. With Rebecca Watson and guests Hal Lublin, Bonnie Burton, Justin Robert Young, Ashley Paramore and Adam Savage.

ANSWER ME:
Come see comedians do what they do best: match wits in a game of pop culture trivia! In the traditional panel quiz format, two teams of two comedians will answer trivia questions and compete in ridiculous challenges for arbitrary points and useless prizes. They will be joined by... YOU! Every round, two randomly selected audience members will join the comedians in the hopes of pulling a prize out of the Outdated Media Barrel. Could you be selected? You'll find out when you ANSWER ME! $15 All Ages

Jo Firestone's Friends of Single People / Solomon Georgio (SOLD OUT)
SOLD OUT --  Tickets may be available at the door night-of. See http://sfsketchfest.com/x/how-to-purchase/ for info.

Friends of Single People is the only show where you get to speak on behalf of your single friends onstage in a live dating game. The bachelor, the bachelorettes -- everyone onstage is speaking on behalf of their single friends! No one knows who anyone is until the very end! If you can comfortably answer questions like "If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be and why?" about your friend, then you are qualified to take part. Your single friends may cringe and remain as anonymous as they want in the crowd, unless you get them a match! Newly matched single people win two complimentary drinks which they must redeem immediately and together offstage. The New York Post calls Friends Of Single People "part roast, part game-show, part social experiment". Arrive early to register you and a friend. Open to all orientations. Out of every 100 couples matched, 5 couples manage to develop actual long term relationships. One couple just went on a trip to Paris and then moved in together. It's amazing and defies all odds. Hosted by Jo Firestone ("Broad City," "The Chris Gethard Show"). If you want to sign up in advance to participate, please contact boxoffice@sfsketchfest.com with “FOSP” in the subject line, after purchasing your tickets! Include your name and your single friend’s name, gender and sexual orientation, so that Jo can find the right special person for your friend! ,/b>

NPR's Ask Me Another with Ophira Eisenberg and Jonathan Coulton and guests Phil Johnston, Steve Sansweet and Mo Willems
A mash-up of “Jeopardy” meets “Saturday Night Live,” Ask Me Another is NPR’s rambunctious hour of puzzles, word games and trivia that blends your local pub’s trivia night with comedy and music. Host Ophira Eisenberg and house musician Jonathan Coulton challenge in-studio contestants and listeners alike with games that stretch their noggins and tickle their funny bones. And each episode celebrity guests take a turn in the contestant's chair, facing games written especially for them. What you'll hear resembles the casual intimacy of game night at a friend's house: one where scores are forgotten in favor of hilarious gaffes, and the grand prize is a good time. With guests Phil Johnston (writer of "Wreck-it-Ralph" and "Cedar Rapids" and the upcoming "Zootopia"), Steve Sansweet ("Star Wars" collector and president of Rancho Obi-Wan, Inc.) and Mo Willems (beloved kids book author of series with Knuffle Bunny, The Pigeon, The Elephant and more). $35 All Ages

SOLD OUT --  Tickets may be available at the door night-of. See http://sfsketchfest.com/x/how-to-purchase/ for info.

Just as TechCrunch Disrupt's product demos offer a glimpse into the future of technology, this show doesn't do that at all. At Cultivated Wit's Comedy Hack Day Finals, six teams of comedians and developers will present tech demos that—while totally real and functional—won't change this or any other world. Celebrity judges grill each team with questions and ultimately decide who wins the grand prize of $0 dollars in angel investment. $25,
18 and up; Children 6 and up will be allowed only with an adult. No children under the age of 6 will be allowed.

Unfortunately Judah Friedlander has to cancel all shows this week due to voice strain, including his SF Sketchfest appearances and an appearance on @midnight. Judah will get 100% better, and will come back to San Francisco soon.
