Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The Mission Position is a popular independent comedy showcase, hosted by four of San Francisco’s most accomplished comedians — Matt Lieb, Kate Willett, Trevor Hill and Torio Van Grol. Every Thursday, audiences fill Lost Weekend Video’s famous CineCave comedy den, for a show that provides club-level talent without irritating drink minimums or filler comics. The Mission Position welcomes a new lineup of special guests every week that include the Bay’s brightest comics alongside nationally touring headliners from NBC, TBS, E! and Comedy Central. For this special SF Sketchfest edition, they'll be heading to the Punch Line Comedy Club.

Casey Ley

Casey Ley’s comedy is silly, smart and has been called a little dirty and a little dark. It’s a lot like him actually. So it is also self-centered, flakey and relatively promiscuous. He started comedy in San Francisco where he was voted best comic in SF by SFWeekly and was a regular member of The Mission Position at SF's alternative comedy hub The Cynic Cave. He has appeared in major comedy festivals around the country like SFSketchfest... Read More →

He also won 1st place at... Read More →

Torio Van Grol

Torio Van Grol was first discovered by a gentleman naturalist in 1676, causing an uproar among the clergy, who claimed that he was placed on Earth by God as a test of faith. After much careful study, Torio has been widely accepted as real, though some controversy lingers.
