An all African-American cast of seasoned improv specialists from the world-famous troupe The Groundlings asks the audience to suggest a popular film title and then performs the "black version" of that movie. And with experienced and talented performers like Cedric Yarbrough, Gary Anthony Williams, Daniele Gaither, Nyima Funk and creator Jordan Black in on the fun, audiences are sure to see off-the-cuff comedy at its best. The cast's stellar credits range from "Saturday Night Live" and "Mad TV" to "The Boondocks" and "Reno 911!" $25 All Ages

Daniele Gaither is widely recognized (primarily by young Mexican-American men, sailors and prison inmates) for her work on "MADtv" (Fox). Karen Maruyama is an alumna of the Groundlings theater in Los Angeles. Her recent television credits include "Arrested Development," "Two Broke Girls," "Shameless," and "The Neighbors." She was also in the film "The Campaign" as the wise acre maid. In addition to directing the Black Version, Karen directs shows at the Groundlings and is a member of the directing faculty at the American Film Institute.
